AUTOMATED CARBON CUTTING

Thanks to the Kuka automated robotic arm, we are able to ensure accurate, fast and automated cutting of the necessary carbon parts.

CNC milling - with the possibility of four-axis machining.

CNC turning - mainly production of parts for internal combustion engines - crankshafts, pins and other turned parts.

We use 3D printing to a large extent for prototyping new products and components.

We have a Stratasis 3D printer with a printing surface

355 x 254 x 254 mm.

Each product is tested and measured under the necessary load before being sent to the customer.

Engine measurement is also used during development as part of tuning and improving their performance.

We manufacture precision castings using the fusible model method, as well as the production of precision cores for this method.

Production of magnesium castings, including ensuring their machining with subsequent surface treatment.
